Real Brother and his Gang Created Bogus Death Certificate of His Married Sister to Misappropriate Her Share in Joint Family Property: Bloody Shameful Act of Brothers and his relatives.

Criminal Case vide Crime Register No 44 of 2022 registered by one Dattatreya Abhang whose mother Revubai Abhang was shown dead by creating her Bogus Death Certificate by her brothers and his relatives such as Kishor Meher, Namdeo Meher, Taibai Meher and after making the fraudulent death certificate and bogus documents these Meher family created another bogus document named Legal Heir Enquiry Report to be given by Grampanchayat and in the said Report these Meher family and staff of Grampanchayat Warulwadi named Sante, Dere gang signed the bogus enquiry report alongwith ग्रामस्थ of Grampanchayat Warulwadi some Bankar brothers and by planned manner all of them in conpiring together illegally and with guilty mind shown bogus legal heir of Revubai iin such a manner that only Meher family is only her legal heir and said poor lady shown does not have husband and children and in contrast as a matter of truth said Revubai is having husband and married children and when this fraud came to the notice of son of Revubai he filed present FIR against Meher family at Narayangaon Ps and then before police arrest these Meher family members and associate they filed Anticipatory Bail Application at Session Court, Rajgurunagar, complainant Abhang sought legal help of Ad Anil Bugde for public interest and then we rigorously defended his case and praying for Arrest of these Meher Gang who day and night creating Fraud and Bogus Death Certificates and destroying and tampering Public Records kept at Grampanchayat Warulvadi, Narayangaon without any fear of law and Government System. Public demands thorough investigation and Serious action against these Meher family members, it is publicly discussed these Meher Family and their Gang showing their strong blessing of MLA and MP, but when we enquired it was revealed these accused Meher family simply taking advantage of the names of MLA/MP who does not even knew the names of these fraud persons.
