Gang of Traffic Cops serving at Navi Mumbai City?

Sub: Forming gang of Navi Mumbai Traffic Police of more than 1 personnel standing with 4/5 traffic police cops and haressing Citizen and collecting money without issuing Challan at place situate at Vashi sector 17 Citi Bank Corner off palm beach Rd and near Shivaji Chawk. Sir we are concerned for Public Interest and bring to your Notice illegal activities of traffic cops who are ganged up at one place of more than 4 traffic personnel and haressing Citizen and forcefully taking money under the guise of fine and not issuing Govt Receipts Challens and wrongfully misappropriate the hard earned money of the Tax Payers. It is dereliction of public duties Pl see the visual of these 4 traffic police cops standing near Citi Bank Sector 17 Vashi and doing illegal acts sent for legal action.
