Dysp Vijaylala Pawar before the Sessions Court Khed, Rajgunagar in the hearing of Bail Application No 540/2021 filed by accused public servant Devendra Sonnis (Addl PP) for whom Court granted bail on Suppression of Facts and Misleading the court which is serious offence of Perjury hence bail need to be cancelled by the Court. Sir, I am Activist Lawyer having great concern for society helping people to clean the society and states that at Khed Rajgurunagar noticed office of Addl PP indulged in regular bribery activities and helping Big Advocates in their Bail/ trial matters and in the process in one of my case of bail matters Cri. Bail Appln 431/432 of 2021 said APP demanded bribe and later on was arrested on 14.7.2021 and was produced before court on 15.7.2021 and then court granted only 1 day police custody till 16.7.2021. Then on 16.7.2021 accused APP filed bail plea and on the said day I.O. was absent and court passed an order released accused on bail on the grounds that Accused is resident of Khed Rajgurunagar whereas IO is aware the residence of accused of Aundh Pune and hence accused and his counsel could misled and suppressed facts and had taken the said bail order which required to be cancelled and further more counsel of accused made allegation that complainant is hebitual person, in fact the statement is derogatory and lowers down my image as I have impeccable record and in fact led a raid at High Court and nabbed the Chopdar of High Court Judge and successfully conducted Trial and said accused was convicted and court ordered 1 year Rigorous Imprisonment to him.
