Today Pre Arrest Bail of Absconded Police Inspectors in Dacoity and Extortion Case is Rejected.

Today at City Civil & Session Court, Mumbai before the Court presided by His Honour Judge Shri R. M. Sadrani pre arrest bail application no. 395 of 2022 of Police Inspector (Crime) attached with L. T. Marg Police Station was heard and Rejected by the Court as the Additional Commissioner of Police Shri. Dilip Savant Mumbai South Central Region filed Serious Criminal case of Dacoity and Extortion against Police Inspector Om Bapurao Wangate and Other Police Inspector named Nitin Kadam and Samadhan Jamdade serving at LT Marg Police Station, said case was transferred to Crime Branch CID CIU and investigation was carried over by ACP Shri Sandbhor. Though the contents of FIR and allegations of members of Public are not only against these 3 police officers but also against Senior Supervisory Police Officers like DCP Zone II Mumbai Shri Saurabh Tripathi and alike ACP Pythoni Division. SrPI of the Police Station and all other Station House Police Officers who were in charge of the Station House during the period of 2.12.2021 to 6.12.2021 are knowing the said crime and are equally responsible to avert it for ensuring Safety and Protection to the lives and properties of the member of the public. But none of the Police Officers helped the members of public complainant. Alarming bell of the Enforcement System is now once again broken.
