Public Funds, Tax Payers Money Grossly Misused by Government Servants and Agencies?

What a Grossly Misused of Public Funds, Tax payers money by the Government Agencies in India, as we can see routinely that for the purpose of Litigation in Courts, normally the Government Servants appoints so called Big Lawyers to contest their side, whereas it can be seen that in a particular legal matter, the said matter even can be handled by any other good standing lawyers but it is nowadays became Fashion and prestige of the Government Agencies to engage only High Profile lawyers, who are having Good face Value to contest the Government side before the Court of Law and while doing such engagement of lawyers the Huge Amount of legal fees is being paid to such so called High Profile Lawyers who are charging hefty legal fees in lakhs on per day hearing and all these amount is being paid from the account of tax payers hard earned money in fact all such public funds has to be used for the welfare of the citizen of this state and nation. Recently State Bank of India in just one Miscellaneous matter of extension of the time for the disclosure of details of the purchase and redemption of Electoral Bonds until 30 June 2024, SBI engaged legal service of Ad. Harish Salve who as per the information charging lakhs of rupees per hearing whereas the matter of such Miscellaneous Application could have been filed by any other sound knowledge Advocate who could have charge some reasonable fees definitely not like the Big Legal Fees of Big Lawyers like Salve but SBI wants to defend their alleged wrongs and hence engaged such Advocates at the cost of tax payers money. Finally the said application was dismissed by the Supreme Court and SBI is directed to disclose the details by the close of business hours on 12 March 2024. Let public raise this issue and make awareness of protecting the Public Funds for welfare of the nation. It seems Tax Payers Hard Earned Money is going to the drain by the hands of corrupt Government Servants. For issued for public interest by Ad. Anil Bugde.
