On 16th March, 2024 the alleged political workers attached to the Yashwantrao Chavan Pratishthan, Navi Mumbai on their own to support and glorify the name of their center in the public eyes organised One Programme of felicitation of some individuals, non government agencies which were randomly selected by them on choosy manner. And surprisingly as per the Yashwantrao Pratishthan they were called Shri. Dilip Walse Patil, Minister of State of Maharashtra (formerly personal secretary of Shri. Sharad Pawar) to inaugurate the function of giving those so called certificates and trophies to winner participants which selected by this Pratishthan.
On 16th March, 2024 the Yashawantrao Chavan Pratishthan, Navi Mumbai suddenly changed their program schedule and called one Executive of Navi Mumbai Muncipal Corporation, Additional Municipal Commissioner Mrs. Sujata Dhole and the said lady distributed the trophies and certificates to the winner participants in the name of Shri. Walse Patil as on every Trophies and so called certificate name of Shri. Dilip Patil, Hon’ble Minister of State of Maharashtra was engraved with date of 16th March, 2024.
The Motto of Yashwantrao Chavan Centre is called “SERVING WITH TRUST AND EXCELLENCE” whereas what we the people of Navi Mumbai had seen that it is not excellence service of the Centre but in fact of great Mockery of the event as the said Minister Mr. Dilip Walse Patil did not attend the function and he even also did not sent any of his Representative to attend this function hence Navi Mumbai Centre called one Public Servant of NMMC the aforesaid Mrs. Sujata Dhole it seems was called in the name of Minister Mr. Dilip Walse Patil to attend the function but surprisingly the trophies were given by her in the name of Dilip walse Patil, which in fact were sound of great harassments to the Chief Guest who attend the function in the capacity of public servant and also against all those participants who were declared as winners of serving to the society which was decided by the Officials of Yashwantrao Chavan Pratishthan, Navi Mumbai.
We are concern for larger public interest and would like to know as the Yashwantrao Chavan Pratishthan is a Charitable Trust and all its trustees are close to Sharadchandraji Pawar, and presently Madam Supriya Sule, MP of Baramati, daughter of Sharadchandraji Pawar is the Working Chairwoman of the said Centre and would like to know whereas when it is a charitable trust how and what capacity the said Trust is incorporated Public Servants of Government of Maharashtra into their various Executive Bodies and Executive Committees, one such person is Hon’ble Chairman of Maharashtra State Co. Operative Bank Ltd. who is working as Ex. Officio Executive Body member of the said Trust.
Recently Enforcement Directorate (ED) has filed an intervention application in the Court where the Economic Offences Wing of Mumbai Police had filed Closure Report in Rs 25,000-crore Maharashtra State Co. Operative Bank Ltd scam.
We are also eager to know the funding source of this Prominent NGO, Public Trust. Big question is cropped up as Whose Interest this Yashwantrao Prathishtan Centre is working for and how the funds are being raised and utilized for showing to be used to help Which Class of needy people of the society?
