Why do the People of this State often says “Judiciary is Highly Corrupt” reason behind is that the Judges of the Court and their touts are often hand in glove with Setting Advocates, Managing Advocates, and Face Value kind of Advocates, who without fear making unethical practice in the Court of law and when the persons, litigants are in need of genuine Justice in their matter, it may be of criminal cases like bail etc and in Civil matters like getting Injunction, Stay in in their matters, and most often the citizen and litigants has to see that those Advocates who are having good nexus in the court are often gets FAVAOURABLE ORDERS. Though citizen lodged regular complaints against those Judicial Officers and Corrupt Advocates before the High Court or at respective District Courts, the pleas of the Distress persons not heard in time and in return the persons then loose the hope’s of getting justice from the Court.
On 11.12.2024 the Presiding District Judge and Sessions Judge No. 3 of Satara District Sessions Court, named Dhananjay Laxmanrao Nikam and his 2 touts who were managing the job of collecting money from litigant who has come to sought justice from the court were arrested, as in the said case one Lady Complainant whose father was arrested by Satara City Police Station in one Crime Register No. 972/2024 and for the purpose of getting her father on bail, she was met with 2 agents of the Judge who asked the said complainant to pay Rs. 5,00,000/- for getting the bail for her father, therefore this complainant then lodged the complaint against them at Anti Corruption Bureau office and after due verification the said District Judge and his 2 agents were arrested by the officials of Anti Corruption Bureau, Satara and then eventually Crime Register No. 1114/2024 was registered against the District Judge and his 2 touts under the provisions of Prevention of Corruption Act at Satara City Police Station, District Satara.
Few days back learned Advocate Bhushan, New Delhi had provided List of Corrupt Judges of Supreme Court to the then Chief Justice of India and thereafter no positive response had reached to the hands of citizens of this State, even at number of Courts there are Face Value kinds of Advocates who are often take away Favorable Orders from the Court. Due to shady judges and Managing Advocates who are following unethical practice in the Court of Law hence practice of Advocates who follows ethics are hampered and then these shady Advocates illegally encourage litigants to file some false and frivolous complaints against them at Bar Council of Maharashtra who became subject to mental cruelty and all these corrupt Advocates are making naked dance in the premises of Holy Place of Temple of Justice against whom neither the High Court or Bar Council takes any action. These Advocates practice are flourishing day by day.
We the people of this state, appeal to Social Minded Persons like Aamte, Anna Hazare, Manoj Jarange Patil, who instead of raising voice against Reservation etc. let we all can raise the Voice against Corruption in Judiciary so in real sense the deserving person can get real justice in the Court of Law, else people are in verge of finding alternative dispute resolution system like meetings the anti social elements who under the guise of Muscle Power can easily gives them real genuine justice. Avoid Jungle Raj and enforce Rule of Law is the need of the hour.
