Whether Effect of Kolhapur Bench of Court Increased Corrupt Practise of Advocates?

DySP Vaishnavi Patil of Kolhapur Anti Corruption Bureau officer informed to Press that Kolhapur Advocate Vinayak Suresh Tejam arrested from his Kolhpur Office while Accepting Rs. 25000 bribe amount to be paid to local Sub Divisional Officer as the complainant in the said trapped case was having Legal case wirh this Advocate and instead of attending handling legal case as per the law Madam Patil informed this Advocate promised complainant he will get favorable order from SDO office and for that purpose complainant has to pay bribe to the SDO through him amounting to Rs 100000 and out of this amount Advocate trapped by ACB office while taking Part Payment of Rs 25000 from the hands of Complainant. What a gried when the Complainant had given Advocate fees of Rs 165000 despite of this such Advocate screwed the innocent client and misued their office to encourage Corruption in the Society. We have been received report that there are Some Advocates from Mumbai, Thane, Belapur, Pune formed Group of Advocates who does such kind of Setting Managing work for their clients and practise law unethically and against the law.
