Sub: To ascertain from your office whether yourself or in the name of your office any Petition/Application whether was filed against State of Maharashtra for to obtain Stay order from CAT (central administrative tribunal) Mumbai Bench in the matter of you Mr Pathare who was shown transferred to DSP Satara and you Mr Shaikh shown transferred to Mumbai Police as the DCP, Mumvai, as per the Government Resolution dated 13.08.2024 passed and issued by Home Department, Mantralaya. Respected Sir, I am Ad. Anil Bugde reasident of Navi Mumbai, on behalf of public and for securing larger public interest and to ensure Rule Of Law in the State, taken up the issue of said GR being Breached Misused and Mislead to the public that out of all 18 police officers who were shown transferred by said GR, why only 2 IPS/MPS police officers that is of you both had not transferred from your respective Postings as the office of ADG Establishment, Maharashtra State, Mumbai, on the said date of your transfer order 13.8.24 had issued Internal Circular on the same dated 13.08.2024, and intimated you Royal IPS Officers are it seems the Upright Officer, that said Order GR surprisingly was not applicable to you both and then on the said day and other day, Your alleged Godi Media/ You tuber agents who reported that you both these officers had Obtained Stay Order against the said transfer order from the Court. You both have not challenged said false press report which was convenient to you and to the office of DGP. When we the public ascertained information none of the said police officers who were under transfer of the said GR have not obtained any Stay Order from CAT or High Court hence for the purpose of protecting the faith of people upon your post as the important enforcement agency your office kindly be requested to furnish any such detail of your obtaining stay order against your said transfer order dated 13.8.24. Kindly treat the present request is a notice to intimate to Hon’ble Court, as public at large is eager to sought to know what illegality or political interference had been caused to stall the said order only against you both whereas Morals of entire police force and specifically of IPS MPS police officials who posted at State of Maharashtra has gone down badly and hence now public are feeling very insecure in the society reading Incidents of Series of Murder taken place District Beed and Parbhani as the police and Local politicians are in hand in glove together. No doubt later on Mr Pathare was transferred from Thane Cp Office to Mumbai Police as the DCP Port Zone as per the order of Commissioner of Police, Mumbai dated 11.10.2024 but strangely Mr. Shaikh DSP Satara though completed his 2 year service as the law and also despite of GR which was to complied but still are enjoying the said service post the Superintendent of Police at the DSP office Satara, which is illegal and against the safety of citizen of this land .Thank you.
