Indian Cricket Captain Rohit Sharma may be riding on the seat of Captaincy to control cricket team of India but shall not dare to take for task the lives of Innocent Citizens who are road users of Expressway Mumbai Pune as the acts of Rohit Sharma was so serious that on 18.10.2023 the King Rohit Sharma was at Mumbai and the entire team of Indian Cricket Team was at Pune to play for World Cup Match on 19.10.2023 at Pune Stadium. On 18.10.2023 the self professed Kind Rohit Sharma was driving his Costly Car Lamborghini Urus which is purchased from the money he received from the tax payers of Indian Citizen while playing game of cricket and on the said day afternoon as per the confirmed sources he was driving his car on Mumba Pune Expressway at most dangerous manner endangering the lives of other road user vehicles as the speed of his car was as per the reports of established media was in between 200kmph to 215kmph whereas the limit of speed on the expressway is 100kmph and even some Godi Media reported the speed is of 105kmph and 117kmph and had also reported the driving date was on Tuesday 17.10.2023 and as per the records of High way police the challan was generated on Wednesday 18.10.2023 at 1.03pm, it means he was driving his car on Wednesday 18.10.2023 and then as per the information of High Way police Rohit Sharma was penalized to pay fine of Rs.4000 as he exceeded over speed limit at multiple times.
We the people of this State called upon the Police Machinery and head of Highway Police and do hereby lodged our complaint that the criminal acts of the Rohit Sharma who was driving his car in so recklessly and rash manner on the said fateful day inviting endangering the lives of other road users and his own life itself and he was well aware the Speed Limit of the Car on the Expressway but with guilty mind to disobey the law of the state misused the right to drive safely had committed serious offence as contemplated under section 279 of Indian Penal Code and as per the said provisions of law the offence which has been committed by Rohit Sharma is of Cognizable in nature and the Traffic Police Highway Police was legally duty bound to lodged FIR against the said Rohit Sharm on the said day but instead of doing legal duty they simply raised the Challan of fine and had received Rs. 4000 from him and set him him free of committing such a serious offence and further offered him Valid License to drive the vehicle in such dangerous manner and can put threat to lives of other citizens who are following law of this land. Shameful acts of the police. We further protest for the illegal approach of the police who were on duty for not filing FIR against Rohit Sharma for endangering lives of other road user under the provisions of section 279 of the Indian Penal Code and hence acts of the police is also under suspense and even concerned police also can be prosecuted for dereliction of their official duties and can be pull over for the offence as stated under the section of 166a of the Indian Penal Code. We need lawful action in the entire matter against all concerned as the police had treated Rohit Sharma as Special Citizen. For public interest by Ad. Anil Bugde.
