Earlier IPS officer breached the Official Secrets Act and now Serving Minister of Maharashtra also breached Official Secrets Act

What a funny it looks like but may be a planned Conspiracy to put the favorable DGP to Head the Maharashtra Police, present serving Minister of Maharashtra Sudir Mangantiswar made a public announcement that present DGP Maharashtra Seth transferred to MPSC (Maharashtriyan Publikla Saralsaral Chutya Banavnare) head and his Government had issued order to appoint earlier Controversial IPS Race Mee Sukla who some where in 2020 sent some Confidential report to the then Home Minister and present Deputy Cm from the office of DGP against the violations of Official Secreats Act the very Race in IPS not filed the incriminating information to any Court of Law but conveniently made illegal disclosure to Dirty Politicians. Then Mumbai police filed criminal case but as they were not having proper evidence Cbi closed the said case treating as A summery case. And now very Dirty politicians in order to make the appointment of said Race Mee Sukla as DGP of our State made issued information through his Tweet that the said person is very dashing and senior most hence being appointed as head of the Maha Police. Surprisingly Government has not passed any such order and not issued to public but as people of this State is aware the tactics of Bavlat Janta Party as giving false promises to secure public vote not given serious of said fake news. If it happened to be real and genuine information the public at large of this State need to raise Voice against the said Minister and his syndicate for his illegal acts of disclosing the public official information without any legal base and hence as per the official secrets act it amounts to violation of the provisions of the said Act and the said acts invites Criminal Prosecution of the such person it may be then the issue of Sudir Mangantiswar can fall on the said line of prosecution.
