Government of Maharashtra and its Ministry of Home Affairs, which is controlled by Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Shri. Fadanvis, and their Executives, public servants, Babus very conveniently see that the law of the land does not break down, and so in order to achieve the interest of Politicians the Home Ministry of Maharashtra, in the matter of Transfer Orders of the High Level IPS Police Officers who are controlling the District Places, now the members of the public came know that their Government issued Transfer Order of the IPS officers by way of issuance of Government Resolution dated 13.08.2024 and under the said GR number of police officers were shown transfer from One District to Another as per their Work Profile and Tenure Period but out of these police officers transfer, the office of Director General of Police, Mumbai, Smt. Shukla Madam through their officer Additional Director General of Police, Shri. Sanjiv Singhal who after receipt of GR to their office in order to comply the GR, very strangely and under some Political Motives issued INTERNAL CIRCULAR dated 13.8.2024 and directed only Police Officer IPS Shaikh, SP Satara that he does not have to leave his post until further order, God knows after said GR whose further order was to be received to the office of DGP, and for whom they were waiting for, we member of public now felt that the DGP office were in fact need to get it seems some further order “Green Signal pl not Saffron Signal ” from the office of Ministry of Home Affairs, Union of India, Amitjee Shah? What a mockery of law not to enforce Rule of Law, such fiasco which is created by these Executives, Babus in connivance with concerned Ministers who had been given uncheck, uncontrollable powers which derived by our Constitution, and such vested power is need to be checked by High Court and Supreme Court but we member of public hardly see that Courts are taking any SUO MOTO Cognizance of such public issue, to serve the public interest, we seriously felt that these Ministerial Staff in order to serve the legislatives interest very conveniently cunningly play with the GR and other Government Circulars, and without compliance of the GR for transfer order of IPS Police Officer, became a member of their conspiracy along with Legislatives who in fact normally see that appointment of suitable IPS Police Officer are being made at their District, and IPS officer of their choice who then can control their District as said SP can work as per their dictum, as recently we had seen that in the District of Beed the police administration was totally collapsed as one Walmiki Karad and his Guru Minister Mundha as alleged taken the District of Beed for ransom. People decide likely to leave the said District?
We the member of the public now feel that why does the Government of Maharashtra have such a Special Treatment to retained the service of Shri. Shaikh IPS as a SP of Satara whereas all other IPS Police Officers who were transferred from one District to Another as they had accepted the transfer order in full spirit. Whereas in fact the tenure of this IPS Shaikh is also completed and even after the breach of the GR dated 13.8.2024 said IPS officer is still sitting very tight and does not to leave the chair of SP Satara to hand over his post to the legally entitled police officer to hold it as per the law, but it seems people of Maharashtra felt, we do not have to raise such Political Transfer issue against the malafide orders of the Government as we are the IDIOT PUBLIC of this State of land, and we stupid people are the one who had given BLIND MANDATE to their Government to rule these rogues against their wishes and against the RULE OF LAW.
Even we public, if felt to take up this issue of such malafide transfer and breach of Government Resolution before the Hon’ble High Court the question before High Court is raised, saying the matter is of SERVICE related, so it need to be taken up before Central Administrative Tribunal or before MAT Authority and further more the next question is raised where is the Affected Public Servant, that is like these IPS police officers, how for these member of public can be able to see or is it possible for them to invite such public servant like IPS Shaikh SP Satara to come and be party of their matter, so answer then comes as No, as the said IPS officer is already enjoying the post as SP Satara without order of the CAT authority, and in contrast even this Government and Politicians have every day praising and Blessings upon such Arbitrary Picked Up IPS Police Officer Shri. Shaikh to control Satara District, who enjoy the post as SP Satara without complying the said GR and law and hence all these rogues every day crushing the law made by our Ambedkar as this officer is it seems is in good books of these heavy politicians.
We the people of this land now feel it whether the Citizens of this State does really have to obey the Government Resolution, which is passed by Legislatures, as now wrong precedent has been created by the office of Director General of Police, Maharashtra, Mumbai of not obeying the GR in full spirit. Now Law and Order and Rule of Law is fixed.
