High Court Imposed Heavy Cost, Penalty Against Anti Corruption Bureau Officers of CBI Who Falsely Implicated Honest Advocates Into Serious Criminal Case filed at Vakola Police Station.

Recently one Criminal Revision Application came to be disposed off by His Lordship Justice Shri Milind Jadhav of Bombay High Court in the matter of Some Honest Advocates who were legally protecting the interest of their client as there was some raid to be conducted upon the premises of their client at that time their client called upon these Advocates to remain present hence they were present at raiding place and at that time the Advocates asked the Identity Card or Proof of these ACB CBI officers to disclose hence these ACB officers felt humiliated hence out of anger and to take revenge their main Police Officer Shri Chnkar then filed complaint FIR against those Advocates at Vakola Police Station and then said case was lingered for more than 17 years and then the said matter came before Lordship Justice Shri Jadhav for discharging the Advocate from the said case. After hearing the entire case High Court came to the conclusion that it was framed and bogus case so court dismissed and discharged Advocates out of the said FIR and put heavy cost penalty of Rs. 15,000 0 each to be paid by Police Inspecto Chonkar to 3 Advocates and we the member of public also felt that there must be further Departmental Enquiry must have initiated by ACB CBI against that PI Chonkar..Justice Done At Delayed Stage.
