Bugde Anil Nivritti, practicing Lawyer (GLC Batch of 1995) undertakes Criminal, Civil side matters, And (PIL of both the sides) and since last 30 years in the legal profession, I am basically a Activist Lawyer trained Social Worker and studied Social Science from Tata Institute and Nirmala Niketan (MSW) Bombay, Exposed corrupt practice in Court and laid STRING OPERATION, TRAPPS OF ACB. Task Achieved: 1. In High Court Bombay there were strong group of people who were operating to give you early dates in matter of circulation of their matter hence laid trap with requisite Sanction and Permission from High Court and trapped the High Court staff, conducted the criminal trial punished the person got him 1 year R. I. 2. Politicians and Mahalaxmi Race Course Association planned to develop Race Course into some Big Luxury Devt on open land filed PIl in 2004 and helped public to stopped the said illegal development. 3. Another PIl hit against our State Government State Enterprises, which were running into losses of Crores Rupees and issue of appointments of politicians to run the said Corporation against the law. Government reorganized State Enterprises. 4. In 2004 Bombay Police Commissioner Dr Pasricha was shunted out from within 77 days of his post of Commissioner of Police, PIL filed to stop malafide transfer by Government and let there be fixed tenure and hence then Supreme Court passed an order and Fixed the Tenure of CP for 2 years. 5. CIDCO affair, at Cidco Navi Mumbai gang of cidco office staff, builder and politicians were playing with the land acquired from local farmers and when the plot 12.5% land was allotted to them their Files of land, used to shown misplaced and even allowed illegally to transfer their land in the name of some bogus owners name and one such case of farmer was exposed as his file was informed lost by Cidco and years they were not allowed to show their status of land so I with proper ACB procedure bought the said file from Cidco Office and shown it in Camera to public and to the said Farmer then entire exposure took place of playing with the land of local farmers and then CM took action against wrongs through ACB office. 6. Corrupt APP from Belapur Court and Pune Court, Rajgurunagar Court, were caught Red Handed and send alarm to others to follow the Rule of Law. And there were many such issues of public Interest were brought to the notice of Government and to the Hon’ble High Court to seek orders/directions from Court against Government for taking corrective steps. 7.
