ELECTION OF BAR COUNCIL OF MAHARASHTRA AND GOA, ONCE AGAIN SENIOR ADVOCATE COUNSEL UDAY WARUNJIKAR ELECTED AS VICE PRESIDENT OF BAR COUNCIL. Ad Warunjikar is known for his forceful submission on legal issues WHICH put across before Bar and Bench, despite of his long establishment practise of law this intelligent and socially friendly Advocate is not picked up or till date is not faciliated as Senior Counsel at Highest Court and even surprisingly in past his name was not recommended for Judgeship. We feel some very dangerous politrics is being played at all the level hence merit of Advocate and ethical practise is not being noticed by agencies for not considering such highest caliber of this Advocate who address the Bar to render justice without any fear and favor. Recently this Advocate being the member of One Man Disciplinery Committee of Bar Council handled misconduct case of Ad. Aseem Sarode and then he felt the case of Ad. Sarode need to be examined by 3 Disciplinery Committee Member team to get the fair justice and hence the said committee after conducting the enquiry held that said Ad. ASEEM SARODE had committed Misconduct and then his Practise of law Sanad was suspended for 3 months. Once again congratulation Ad. Uday Warunjikar Saheb.
