Sensational Rohit Arya case of kidnapping small children and then demanding his illegal demand from the Government of Maharashtra which land up him by police action, as per the sources police had taken stern action to protect the children from losing their lives by the hands of said Rohit Arya who as alleged initiated firing at police as said Arya fired one gun shot from his Charyewali gun at Police, said Charyewali gun which means shotgun in rural or colloquial Marathi and it some time also means of an air gun if is non legal type, and as per the ballistic expert the said Charyewali Gun is more vulnerable for small children and if shot made made it from point blank range, as the said children’s were in the physical custody and were kidnapped by the said Arya, children can die instantly. As per the police version they retaliate the said firing of the Arya and the bullet pierced into his chest and then said Arya died in the process. Then the Government and the police are looking into the case as per the established principles of law and then actual culprits will be booked according to law.
Shock to know from this Media and Advocate that this Charyewali Gun is no harmful weapon children would not have died if used. What a submission and understanding of the weapon and situation of crime.
We the member of the public are now fed up to inform you all that every now and then Publicity Starved and Private interest Social Media Group and their connected agents even some time Advocates are making vulnerable stories on the said subject of Rohit Arya in such a way that said Rohit Arya was innocent, police action was not correct, police officers like Dcp, Sr. P. I. and police officer one who fired from his arm resulted into death of said Arya in retaliation of the said crime are committed an offence of Murder and the said murder was planned to save and protect 2 high voltage political leader, Ministers from the Government led of Devabhau.
Member public it is our appeal to you that no doubt that the Rohit Arya case is under investigation as per the law and even the case of Arya was come to the notice of the Court as Courts quite often takes some matters to address under the forum of Suo Moto Proceedings initiated by the High Court but till date no such news had appeared, but to your surprise we just come to know and seen and heard the video circulated by Lokmat Mumbai Marathi by its editorial staff and their reporter named one Neha Pednekar who covered the opinion news bite of one Ad. Nitin Satpute who categorically made statement in the said news channel that Rohit Arya was murdered by 1. Deputy Commiessioen of Police (DCP) 2. Shri. Datta Nalawade, 3. Sr. P. I. Shri. Jitendra Chauhan 4. PSI Amol Waghmare and further said Advocate also informed that those police officers are committed serious crime and further he said some of the reporter informed Advocate Satpurte that said Rohit Arya was killed by the inaction of Government who were not repaid his amount and further he said he was informed by reporter that there is a contractor who said he need to take 50000 crores outstanding amount from the Government and hence it is the modus operndi of the Government and police that these outstanding amount are withhold by 2 politicians who are Minister in the Devabhau Government and the said killings of Arya was made to keep his mouth shut and not to follow up of to get his alleged non repayment of their alleged outstanding dues. Surprised and Shocked of such irresponsible and malicious and with criminal intent speech of responsible officer of the Court like of such Advocate and News Media Lokmat Group.

We therefore strongly protest the killings of Rohit Arya without giving him Warning notice to surrender and subsequent making encounter action by the police, but strongly protest the illegal and manipulative news circulated by the paid news agency with the help of some Advocate on the subject which is of killings of said Arya as the said subject is under Crime Branch Investigation and also under the supervision of the higher lever police officials and officials of the Home Ministry and when the subject of said investigation is not yet completed how and what manner this Media Group and their Advocate circulate the news of informing the public that those police offices had committed murder of said Arya and said Arya was further killed by the hands of some 2 politicians ministers of the Government of Devabhau and further said media reports that some contractor informed them that Government had not paid their outstanding bill amount which is more than 50000 crores, still this Media and Advocate had not reported this crime to any Investigation Agency or not file any complaint to any competent authority or not even filed any Writ in the High Court but very proudly made such above announcement to fool the public and to keep on engaging public to watch such distorted news so public in return can frame their mind set against the Government Machinery. Whether by doing such acts these Media and Advocate can achieve Rule Of Law?
